Shipping

All orders are shipped from the United States via UPS or USPS. We offer FREE standard shipping for U.S. orders over US$75.00. For International orders the rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

The Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery within the United States is 1-5 days depending on the shipping method chosen and 7-10 business days for international orders. Please note that processing time is different from shipping time. Keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS or UPS for further information. It takes 1-2 days once packages are dropped off to be updated in the system. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of post office . It is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. I do not have control over the package once in possession of the post office. Please also note that we are NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.
